Terms of service

These terms cover use of the websites and software sold by Domus Solis LLC. If an app is distributed by Apple or Google, that store's terms apply to the download, and these terms apply to the service the app talks to. Until a product publishes its own end-user license, App Store listings may use Apple's standard EULA.

The product you buy

You get the product described on its page, at the price stated there. A checklist is general information, not a repair procedure and not advice about a particular vehicle. Software can fail. AI output can be wrong.

Accounts

Where a product requires an account, you are responsible for the sign-in and for what is submitted with it. We may close an account that is used to abuse the service or to break the law.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, the company's liability for a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product in the three months before the claim. Some places do not allow that limit, and then the limit is what the law allows.
