Privacy policy

This policy covers websites and applications sold or operated by Domus Solis LLC, 7500 Golden Triangle Dr, Unit F06, Eden Prairie, MN 55344. Contact privacy@domussolis.biz.

Company sites

domussolis.biz and orientis.ai do not require an account. If you email us, we keep that message to answer it. Analytics run only after you allow them, and then through Plausible, which is designed not to use cookies or collect a personal profile. If you decline, the analytics script is not loaded.

Payments

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the details it needs to charge the card. We keep the product name, the amount, and a customer reference so we can deliver what you bought and handle a refund.

Orientis

When a product is marked Powered by Orientis, the text or file you submit for that feature is sent to Orientis so a model can produce the result. Orientis runs on Amazon Bedrock. We do not use that content to train models. Providers and retention are also described on the Orientis trust page.

Children

Our sites and apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child gave us personal information, email the privacy address and we will delete it.

Deletion and retention

You can ask us to delete account data from the deletion page without installing an app. We delete the account, the content stored for that account, and the profile. We keep payment records we need for accounting, and we keep a record of the deletion request itself. We aim to finish a verified request within 30 days.

We do not sell personal information.
